Step-by-Step Guide to Logging in to Freshteam and Managing Your Account

Freshteam serves as the company directory, where you can update your personal information, request time off, stay updated on new hires, and see who's celebrating birthdays or work anniversaries. You can also access all these features on your mobile device.

1. Go to https://extenteam.freshworks.com/
2. You can either sign in using Google or log in by entering your email and password. Use your Extenteam email and password for login.
   
   
3. Once you've accessed your account, please enable two-factor authentication. To do this, click on your profile photo icon in the top-right corner and select 'Change Password.’
      
4. Then, under 'Two-factor Authentication,' click 'Set up' in the Authenticator app.
   
5. Open the Google Authenticator app on your mobile and scan the QR code. After scanning, you will be given a 6-digit verification code. Please enter the code in the provided box then click 'Enable'.
    
6. Save your two-factor recovery codes by clicking 'download'. Save the recovery codes in a safe place. If you lose your device, you can use the recovery codes to gain access to your account.
7. Click 'Finish setup'

1. From the Freshteam dashboard, click on your profile photo icon in the top-right corner, then select 'Change Password’.
      
2. Type your current password and enter your new password.
   
3. Click 'save'. After you update your password, you will be logged out and asked to login again.

1. On the Freshteam login page, select 'Forgot Password.' 
    
2. Click ‘Request reset link’ and wait for the email from Freshteam.
   
    
3. Once you receive the email with the password reset link, click the link.
   
4. Enter your new password and click 'Reset Password'
    

1. Download the Freshteam App on your mobile device.
   
2. Once installed, Login with Account URL
    
3. Press the button ‘Login with Account URL’, and fill in the domain ID ‘extenteam.freshteam.com’ and select 'Next'
    
4. You can either ‘Log in with Google’ or ‘Enter Email and Password’ to Login. Then select ‘Login’ to successfully log into Freshteam Mobile App.
