1. Log in to Workable:

  • Click on the “Jobs” tab on the left-hand side menu.
  • Select “Create a New Job” or click on the “+ Add a Job” button.

3. Enter Job Details:

  • Fill out the basic information for the job position, including:
    • Job Title: Enter the full name of the role.
    • Department: Choose the appropriate department from the dropdown menu.
    • Location: Specify the job location.

4. Add the Job Code:

  • In the Job Code field, enter the code in the following format:

    • INT for internal roles.
    • EXT for external roles.
    • Followed by a 3-letter prefix representing the first letters of the job title and 4 digits (e.g., Business Development Representative: INT-BDR-1234).

    Example:

    • For an internal Marketing Manager role: INT-MAR-0001
    • For an external Sales Associate role: EXT-SAL-0002

5. Fill in the Job Description:

  • Provide a detailed description of the job responsibilities, qualifications, and any other relevant information.
