Extenteam Benefits for Philippine Team Members

This article shows the list of benefits Extenteam offers to the Team Members from the Philippines.

Extenteam provides benefits and privileges in addition to the standard wage in order to ensure a competitive compensation package that can help recruit, retain, and motivate Team Members.

Extenteam also regularly evaluates its benefits package and makes suggestions for enhancements to motivate its Team Members as they grow within the organization.

Below are the benefits are being offered  to the Team Members from the Philippines:

Holiday Reward

While it is not mandatory, Extenteam upholds the customary practice of providing team members with the so-called “13th month pay” as a holiday reward, given in appreciation for team member’s hard work and dedication. This benefit is typically released in early December and is calculated as 1/12 of the total basic salary earned for the year.

 

Note: Should the Team Member be terminated or resign for whatever reason prior the release of such benefit, this will not entitle the Team Member for any prorated computation in their final pay.

Preventive Mental Health Platform

Extenteam values the mental wellness of its team members, recognizing it as a key factor in their productivity at work. Team Members have access to professional counseling support and a platform designed to help them achieve their wellness goals. 

 HMO Coverage

Extenteam ensured comprehensive healthcare support for its team members through the Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) insurance plan via our provider, Cocolife, starting after their 3rd month milestone.

 

Principal: Php 225,000.00 per illness per year (Maximum Benefit Limit)

  • 100% of the premium is shouldered by the Company
  • Includes life Insurance coverage of Php50,000 due to natural cause and accident

Dependent(s): Php 175,000.00 per illness per year (Maximum Benefit Limit)

  • Php2,623 per month per dependent on personal account through salary deduction

HR Engagement Activities

Extenteam conducts various team-building activities with monetary rewards every month, and Team Members are encouraged to participate in these activities.

Life Events Gifts 

Extenteam offers a life event bonus to team members who celebrated life event milestones such as marriage or the birth of a new child. This gesture acknowledges these important moments and strengthens the bond with the team member.

Financial Assistance

Extenteam extends a helping hand to team members during difficult and challenging times by providing financial assistance. This support ensures that Team Members receive the necessary aid when faced with unexpected difficulties.

Birthday Gift

Extenteam values the importance of recognizing and appreciating team members on their special day. In celebration, a small gift is sent to them on their birthday.

Salary Advance

Extenteam provides interest-free salary assistance to support team members during challenging times, such as health emergencies or unexpected circumstances. Eligible team members can loan up to one month’s salary, which is repaid through convenient payroll deductions, providing peace of mind during financial hardships.

Milestone Bonus

Extenteam celebrates work anniversaries by awarding a one-time bonus for each year of service, recognizing team members' continued commitment and valuable contributions to the team

Paid Time Off

Extenteam offers paid time off (PTO) to help team members balance personal and professional commitments. Team members earn PTO based on hours worked, up to a yearly limit of 80 hours, and is exclusively for planned leaves. All PTO requests are subject to review and partner approval, considering business needs and availability. Unused PTO cannot be carried over to the next year or converted to cash, promoting its use within the same year.

Discretionary Bonus from Partners (Performance / Incentive / Commission) 

Extenteam recognizes the value of rewarding exceptional performance and contributions. Many of our partners offer discretionary bonuses, such as performance incentives or commissions, which are granted in full to the assigned team members without deductions by Extenteam.
